When Will My Order Ship?:
All orders placed before 2:00pm EST ship the same day.
We ship feeder orders Monday - Thursday.
We ship dry goods orders Monday - Friday.
Mistakes and Modifications:
If you have made a mistake in your order, shipping info, or wish to make a modification please contact us by phone immediately at (905)274-8018. Most orders ship the same day they are received.
Order Errors:
If an order is returned to us because of a mistaken or incomplete address there are no refunds on the shipping.
If we do not receive the order back due to an address error, the customer is held responsible for the entire purchase price. All feeder orders are final sales.
Returns:
Dry Goods:
Returns are accepted if you receive damaged or defective merchandise. Returns must include all packaging, manuals, instructions, warranty cards and parts and be in brand new condition showing no visible use. Returns must arrive to us within 14 days of receipt of the original order. There are no refunds on shipping, and the product will be exchanged and reshipped to the same address.
Feeders:
There are no refunds or exchanges on any feeder orders.

Security:
All of your personal information, including credit card info, name, and shipping address are encrypted through our secure network as they are transmitted over the internet. Once we process your order all credit card information is instantly erased from our system. We do not store any payment information.
Live Animal Sales Terms:

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices may not match in store prices exactly.

Live reptiles come with a 5 day live guarantee.

Live guarantee does not apply to expo purchases, or shipping orders, which are final sales.

All amphibian and arachnid sales are final and come with no guarantee.

We never offer refunds on any of our live animals no matter what the circumstance. We may issue store credits or replacement animals, but this will be done at our discretion.

We are not liable for any "acts of god" associated with shipping or our third party shippers.

Animals must be picked up at the appropriate time of arrival for any sort of resolution to be made.

If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 2 hours of your receipt of the order. We will require photo evidence, and possibly the animals shipped back to us at your expense before a resolution can be made.

We reserve the right to spend time verifying that all of our sales terms were met in regards to your order before coming to a resolution.

Animals listed as sexed are done so to the best of our abilities. However, mistakes happen and with some species this can be a difficult process and therefore we cannot 100% guarantee the sex of certain animals.

For feeder shipments, the customer must be at home to sign for the delivery on the first attempt otherwise our live arrival guarantee is void.

Store credits and giftcards carry no cash value, and will not be accepted at reptile expos.
