  • Live reptiles come with a 5 day live guarantee.
  • Live guarantee does not apply to expo purchases, or shipping orders, which are final sales.
  • All amphibian and arachnid sales are final and come with no guarantee.
  • We never offer refunds on any of our live animals no matter what the circumstance. We may issue store credits or replacement animals, but this will be done at our discretion.
  • Airline shipments are sent out on Wednesdays and Fridays weekly.
  • We are not liable for any "acts of god" associated with shipping or our third party shippers.
  • Animals must be picked up at the appropriate time of arrival for any sort of resolution to be made.
  • If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 4 hours of your receipt of the order. We will require photo evidence, and possibly the animals shipped back to us at your expense before a resolution can be made.
  • Animals listed as sexed are done so to the best of our abilities. However, mistakes happen and with some species this can be a difficult process and therefore we cannot 100% guarantee the sex of certain animals.
  • For feeder shipments, the customer must be at home to sign for the delivery on the first attempt otherwise our live arrival guarantee is void.
  • Store credits and giftcards carry no cash value, and will not be accepted at reptile expos.
